My experience with Sheila Stanley at Team Hensley was phenomenal! On a scale of 1-10, she was an 11. Sheila was my Realtor during a new build in Moseley, Virginia and made the process seamless. She frequently checked in with me, accompanied me to all the meetings and had my back every step of the way. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn't have done it without her. Annemarie and Team Hensley did an excellent job guiding me through every step of the sale. From pricing and marketing the property, to navigating inspections and negotiations, their communication and professionalism were outstanding. I always felt informed and knew they were advocating for my best interests. What impressed me most was their experience and calm approach when challenges came up. Rather than creating unnecessary stress, they focused on solutions and kept the transaction moving forward. Thanks to their efforts, the sale closed successfully and the entire process was handled smoothly. I cannot recommend Steve Dunleavey and Team Hensley highly enough! I expected the process to be overwhelming and stressful, but Steve made everything feel manageable from start to finish.
